I just purchased a 8.5 x 20 trailer from billy ""the trailer Guy "" and I first want to say that he and his wife are good people. He's the owner,I was shopping for a trailer didn't really know a lot about enclosed trailers.he called me personally and explained everything I needed to know.with that being said,I had a final question about the trailer that I was interested in,so I called and was thinking I was going to speak with Billy but it was his wife,I asked her the question about the trailer,she wasn't sure so she was on her way home and to answer my question she went back and looked at what I ask about.she went above and beyond for someone she did even know.needless to say I was impressed.i was sold at that point. Besides the point that the trailer has an impressive warranty,5 years on the trailer and 6 on the axles.and he gave an awesome price compared to everyone else here in Savannah Georgia,the trailer pulls and trails excellent!. Now back to point of sale... I was greeted by Misty.she made that process effortless. Explained everything completely and thoroughly very nice. Very engaging. And that's when I met chance. I hope I'm spelling his name right.. Great guy, very helpful also very engaging, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I would encourage anyone looking for a trailer to definitely give circle Double B your business. It's a great group of people who care about their business and making sure that you're satisfied. After searching for the right trailer, we found Circle Double B and Cole was very awesome to work with. I wasn't sure on the one he showed me online. After driving 5 hours to Douglas, I was very happy to find the right trailer. Cole and the rest of the crew were friendly and worked together to get everything done quick and easy. Very nice people to do business with. I will return when I am ready to get another trailer. I highly recommend doing business with them. Thanks again guys for all your help.
